Admission Procedure
At Annai Matriculation School, we welcome students who are eager to learn, explore, and grow in a nurturing academic environment. Our admission process is transparent, merit-based, and guided by our commitment to providing every child with the opportunity for quality education.
Parents who wish to enroll their children can collect the Admission Application Form from the school office beginning the second week of April each year. The filled-in form should be submitted along with the required documents within a week’s time.
Admissions are confirmed after a personal interaction and skill assessment with the student, depending on the availability of seats in the respective grade. The school encourages parents to visit the campus, meet the faculty, and understand our teaching philosophy before confirming admission.
Documents Required
Parents/guardians must submit the following documents at the time of admission:
Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the previous school (for students from Std II and above)- Progress Report / Report Card from the previous school
- Filled-in Application Form with complete and accurate details
- Attested copy of Birth Certificate (with original for verification)
- Five passport-size photographs of the student and two photographs each of the parents
- Conduct Certificate from the previous institution
- Community Certificate (photocopy)
- Medical & Fitness Certificate issued by a certified doctor
- Immunization Record for all vaccines taken
- Photocopy of Aadhaar Card (student and parents)
Important Notes
- Admission will be finalized only after verification of documents and approval by the school principal.
- Parents must ensure all details provided are genuine; any discrepancy may lead to cancellation of admission.
- The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on merit and seat availability.
- Admission once confirmed is subject to the student’s adherence to the school’s rules, discipline, and code of conduct.
